Queba Anthony Nongmiseh,

Over 16 years of extensive experience in the developmental disability, behavioral, and mental health sectors.
Held progressive roles, including frontline staff, supervisor, team manager, and management consultant.
Worked for one of the renowned organizations in Toronto Ontario, Canada called MukiBaum Treatment Centre and Aptus Treatment and Salvation Army since 2008.
Pioneered Aptus’ Fee for Service (paid services) program and has flourished.

Educational Background:
Associate Degree in Social Work and degree in linguistic from George Brown College, Toronto, Canada.

  • Extensive hands-on experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex behavioral needs.
  • Developed deep expertise in person-centered support, positive behavior management, and crisis intervention.
  • Successful operational leadership as a team manager, implementing evidence-based practices and innovative strategies. Specialized training and certifications in areas such as positive behavior support, nonviolent crisis intervention, medication administration, and conflict resolution.
